Hey There! Iā€™mĀ Diante

................

I am a clinical psychologist with over a decadeā€™s experience in private practiceā€¦

I still run that private practiceĀ in New Zealand as a licensed Clinical Psychologist.

It wasnā€™t long into my career as a psychologist that I began to view mental illness a little differently. First off, I felt frustrated with the idea that mental illness was somehow different to physical illness. And that the two could be separated. They cannot. We are whole beings and any ailment affects the whole systemā€¦

I also became frustrated with the view that those struggling with mental health conditions had something "wrong" with them. I felt deeply that mental "illness" was more a case of human beings becoming stuck in some way. And over the years I have set out to empower amazing individuals, just like you, to become UNSTUCK.

Why Does This Matter?

Because It Has Shaped The Way I Work With MY Amazing Clients.

After many years in practice I became frustrated with the exclusivity and limited reach of 1:1 therapy. (And a little frustrated with the unyielding medical way of viewing “mental illness”)
…Couple this with my absolute passion in helping women to connect with their divine feminine power – and we have the birth of The Unstuck Initiative…

As a woman navigating the realms of intimacy while juggling two busy children and trying to keep focussed on my own personal goals, I have been tripped up by anxiety one too many times.

I have watched anxiety bring my own mother to her knees and stood by as it stripped my husband of his power. (Both of them are thriving individuals now).

And That Brings Me Here...

To this space where my team and I get to share the knowledge & strategies acquired through years of practice and our own personal journeys so that you can put anxiety back in it's place and get back to living the life you love.
